During the Holiday Shopping Season,
all items purchased between November 15ht and December 25th
will have an extended return or exchange time until January 15th.
All other return and exchange conditions still apply.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order
for a refund (minus the original shipping charge).
Gift returns will receive a non-refundable gift card.
Items returned after 14 days and in 30 days window
from the delivery date are eligible for store credit.
STORE CREDIT has no expiration date.
PLEASE NOTE – NO items are eligible for STORE CREDIT
after 30 days from the delivery date.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless it’s an exchange*.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Because of the unique nature of our products and limited quantities,
we can’t guarantee the same item to be available for exchange.
Please, Contact Us soon as possible, and we will seek to help you
with an exchange.
Merchandise exchange is best done by placing a new order for a new
item and returning the original item for a refund.
In the event of a merchandise exchange, please Contact Us,
and we will e-mail you a pre-paid, trackable UPS shipping label,
insurance is included, at no cost to you.
HOW TO START A RETURN
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund
(minus the original shipping charge) or 30 days from the delivery date to receive a store credit.
Please, kindly Contact Us at your earliest convenience via e-mail or phone
to let us know you wish to return the item and request an RA – Return Authorization form.
You should receive your Return Authorization form within 24 hours.
If you do not see it in your inbox, please check the spam folder
or call us at (212) 564-8115 for assistance with your return.
Please print out the form, and if it is possible,
e-mail us your complete Return Authorization Form.
It will help to speed up the process of your return.
Otherwise, include it with your returned item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
unless you wish to exchange an item.
Items that receive Free Shipping and are returned
will be subject to a Shipping Fee to cover the original shipping costs.
We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization Form.
HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR RETURN ITEM
To ensure that your return item is protected in transit,
we advise you to send it to us in the original packaging provided.
Please include all original packaging and collateral materials.
The Return Authorization filled-out form and copy of the invoice must be included.
IMPORTANT:
Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to cover the total retail value
of the merchandise while in transit.
Such insurance is your only safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
Keep the shipping receipt for your records.
We cannot be held responsible and issue a refund or a credit for merchandise damaged or lost in transit.

DEFECTIVE ITEM
All merchandise is quality inspected before shipping.
If you are concerned that you have received a defective item,
be sure to Contact Us Immediately.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- The returned package must include a Return Authorization form.
- The RA form is extremely important.
- Packages arriving without a RA filled-out form cannot be processed.
- We must receive the returned item within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund.
- We must receive the returned item within 30 days from the delivery date for a store credit.
- We cannot take back altered, monogrammed items.
- The returned item must be in its original condition.
- All tags must be attached at the original placement.
- There must be no sign of wear.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be initiated from the date we receive your item back.
REFUSED PACKAGES
All refused packages will be charged original and return shipping fees.
RETURN TERMS
We do not accept returns on items purchased from 3rd party retail vendors.
Any special, altered, or custom-made orders are FINAL SALE.
Items marked as “FINAL SALE”- cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items marked as “SALE” can be returned only for STORE CREDIT
within 7 days from the delivery date, and a return request within
48 hours of delivery is a MUST.
Items marked as “SAMPLE SALE”- cannot be returned or exchanged.
IMPORTANT:
Sample Sale items are identified on our website and noted that
they are pre-worn and may have slight fit differences from the standard size chart.
Also, they may have minor marks or look worn because they are samples used
within our showroom or fashion show presentations.
We reserve the right to refuse and return (at customer expense)
any merchandise we find that has been worn, altered, or monogrammed.
Before shipping, all items are quality inspected.
If you find a product to be defective, please notify us immediately.
Missing items must be reported on the same day as the package is delivered.
No claims can be pursued if we do not hear from you via phone call or
e-mail about a missing or defective item within 24 hours of delivery.
After 24 hours of delivery, the item/s received are considered satisfactory.
Due to the nature of our items, our return terms are not negotiable.
All International orders are FINAL SALE.
